AIDA Law Corporation is dedicated to the protection and monetization of Intellectual Property (IP). We help individuals and businesses understand the different types of IP they possess and strategize how their IP should be protected and their IP rights maintained. We also provide support in the process of creation or acquisition of IP rights, pre-launch assessments and advise on how IP rights should be preserved where IP owners allow other parties access to or use of their IP.

We keep ourselves updated on developments in IP laws and practice of Singapore and around the world so that we can assist our clients wherever they want their IP rights to be established or commercialized. We work with our worldwide network of experienced IP practitioners to implement the IP protection strategies and take enforcements where necessary so as to preserve and build the value of our clients’ IP. We are also available to conduct IP audits or staff training, and help companies establish policies for proper record-keeping and brand-use so that valuable IP rights are not wasted or lost.

Our Brandname

AIDA is derived from the Chinese characters “爱德”.

The calligraphic representation was especially written by Angela’s 85-year-old father for the firm. He has struggled with dilapidating Parkinson’s disease for more than 15 years but perseveres in practicing calligraphy (on his good days) and physiotherapy exercises everyday. His speech is difficult these days but his spirit is strong, and his heartfelt desire is for all his beloved to embrace virtue and practice mercy. In silence, he continues to inspire us.
